Genera
Things I like: character interaction, banter, friendship, family, competence, science, diversity, adventure, teamwork. I usually prefer gen, but am cool with het, slash, femslash, poly, etc as long as it's not the main focus of the story.

Things I don't like: excess angst, awkwardness, secondary embarrassment.

For the purposes of this, please use the source material as a ratings guide. It's just simpler that way.

All of these fandoms are things I would love to see fic for. So just have fun. I'll be super happy with whatever you come up with :)

The Memoirs of Lady Trent - Marie Brennan
Any character and their particular field of interest. Natalie designing a new airplane, or her collaborating with a group of other engineers to design a new wing, all the while shutting down anyone who questions why a young woman is so much more interested in aerodynamics than finding a husband. Or Isabella and Suhail causing a stir at the Philosopher's Colloquium with their novel new ideas and approach to scientific research. Or perhaps Jake joining his mother on a scientific expedition somewhere that she can study dragons and he can study sea creatures. Or perhaps their fields of study intersect in some new and exciting way? I'm looking for adventures in science with one or more of these fascinating and wildly interested people. Basically I want to see them geek out over something and be rewarded for it. 
These characters are so cool, and I love how much they grow and develop over the course of the series. I do miss that we didn't see more of Natalie after the second book, I'd have loved to see where she goes, especially considering she becomes a mainstay at Isabella's house, and she is one of the long-time members/contributors to her "flying university". (which was something else that seemed so much fun, so typically Isabella in how it allows her to surround herself with interesting and clever people, furthers her own knowledge and research, all while flying in the face of convention). I'd also like to see more of Jake as he must have grown to be a very interesting fellow having grown up surrounded by his mother's research and collaborators.
One thing I am particular about with this one is that I love how grounded in reality all the science is, despite it being an alternate world populated by dragons. As much as possible, please try to hold to that and keep the science at least plausible. 
 
Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors
Squirrel Girl!!! Any type of adventure with Doreen and one or more of her friends. Maybe she and Ms Marvel fight off bullies at Kamala's school, or stop an alien abduction, or go on a quest to find a particular type of hazelnut cupcake. Or maybe Tippy-Toe goes missing (or no!) and Doreen has to get a group together to find her. Or Doreen goes missing and Tippy-Toe has to rescue her! Really anything cheerful would be awesome. Also, Tippy is not a nominated character, so while I would really appreciate including her too, I'll understand if you don't.
Squirrel Girl is just so much fun :) I literally squeed when she showed up on screen. I love how dedicated to her friends she is. Her and Ms Marvel are so supportive of each other while still having a realistic friendship (it has it's ups and downs, they disagree, but they love hanging out together and always have each other's backs).I love Doreen's enthusiasm, and her unfailing optimism for superheroics. She's the first to point out that Ghost-Spider might not be a supervillain (though she suggests "clone" as the reason) and she takes a friendship bracelet as proof of innocence (because why not?) In general I just find it hilarious how popular Squirrel Girl has become considering her start as a one-off joke character. I like to think her positivity has a lot to do with that, as it's refreshing when comics have become so dark to have a character who is willing to believe the best in people.

Dark Matter
Any of the core group together. I would love a heist (do they need cash? rob a bank! Or break into a corporation, or trash the company that made Two, or...) but them just hanging out with lots of found family shenanigans would be fun too. Pranks? Strange new food by the Android? Six teaching Five to fight? Just put two or more of them in a room together and see what happens. (that being said, Two promised Three they would pull a heist after saving the galaxy. so.... y'know.... *chanting* heist heist heist heist) 
The characters in this show are so fascinating. They are so different from their pre-amnesia personalities while still being recognizable to who they were. At the same time they have all grown so much from when they first woke up, and that progression owes a lot to them relying on each other. 
Feel free to set this whenever you like over the course of the three seasons. I don't particularly care about One so you can include him or not, as long as he's not the focus.  
 
The Ocean (Anthropomorphic)

Cephalopods are badasses. And Trolls. There are so many different kinds and some of them are strange alien puppies while others are just cute and squishy. Then there are the strange alien horrors of the depths, the masters of disguise, the possibly sentient escape artists, and the genius grumps who just put up with us land dwellers. 
The Ocean is wild. Tell me something cool about it.
One of my favourite things is anthropomorphized science. It's a thing. I may have a problem. Have these sea creatures interacting like they're characters or have some critter explore an area it doesn't normally live in, or just have a couple of them goofing off with each other on ocean-instagram. It doesn't have to be about cephalopods, I'll still love it. It could be about greenland sharks, or sea lions, or sea spiders, or manta rays, or tube worms, or sufur fixing bacteria in hydrothrermal vents and I'll eat it up like candy. Watch some NOAA videos and just have fun with it.
