I love the family aspect of The Incredibles movies, and that they are always stronger as a family. I'm looking for Karen to get a a piece of that. Basically I'm someone who lives away from her family for most of the year, so am a sucker for happy family stories. Have Violet and Dash torment some of Voyd's bullies for her, or have Helen invite Karen for super-hero training that turns into an invite to family dinner. Anything feel-good. For Voyd's backstory there was a story on Tumblr that imagined her as trans (here), this is super cool, and I do love it, but is in no way necessary if you'd rather tell a different story. All I ask is that if you decide to ship Voyd with anybody, make them an OC.
